TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR NCL'S CLIA CRUISE WEEK 2025 PRIZE DRAW
Promotor: NCL (Bahamas) Ltd., d/b/a Norwegian Cruise Line (“NCL”), who is responsible for all elements of prize fulfilment.
Participant Eligibility: NCL’s CLIA Cruise Week 2025 Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") is only open to travel partners who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, excluding employees of the Promoter or any company connected with this Prize Draw, and members of their family or household. Entrants must work full time for a UK&I Travel Agency and be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By participating, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
The winning Entrant (“Entrant”) and their chosen companion of the main prizes available to be won must both meet all applicable requirements for travel necessary for the respective prize. The winner and their travel companion must hold a current passport and any visa(s) or visa waiver required to take the respective cruise prize. They must also comply with all travel guidelines and restrictions applicable at the time of travel and comply with NCL booking conditions.

Prize Draw Promotional Period: Monday, 15 September 2025 to 23:59 GMT Sunday, 28 September 2025, for bookings made in the period 15 -21 September 2025.
Entry Method: To participate in the Prize Draw, complete an entry form located at https://trade.ncl.com/l/162131/2025-09-03/v35vy4 with each new booking made during the period of 15 September 2025 through 21 September 2025 (“Booking Period”) with your NCL Booking Reference #, first name, last name, agency name, ABTA/ATOL No, street address and email address no later than 23:59 on 28 September 2025. Entrants have until the end of the Prize Draw Promotional Draw Period to submit bookings made during this Booking Period. There is no limit to the number of entries made but Entrants may only win one of the available prizes. All eligible bookings will be entered into a Prize Draw. Entrants must also provide their details agreeing to receive emails, post and phone communications from NCL in connection with this Prize Draw, subject to NCL’s privacy policy. Promoter will choose three (3) winners at random from the eligible entries in its sole discretion. The winners will be notified by on or about 01 October 2025.
General: The decisions of the Promoter on all matters is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to (a) disqualify anyone whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; (b) declare void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including without limitation, any error(s) on any website, any game cards and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the promotion materially affecting the result of the promotion or the number of claimants or the value of claims); (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (d) to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw should any computer virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper operation of the Prize Draw.
Prizes
Main Prize: 1x Balcony stateroom for Winner and Winner’s guest (18 Years of age plus) on any 7-day 2026 Caribbean cruise on a Norwegian Cruise Line cruise (excludes charters and sailings on Norwegian Prima, Norwegian Viva, Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna). Cruise is subject to availability and Blackout Dates set forth below. Winners must be employed full time by a UK&I Travel Agency during the time of the sailing. In event the winner is no longer employed by a Travel Agency, they will forfeit their cruise prize.
The Main Prize will include the following:
Cruise prize excludes flights or other travel arrangements to port of embarkation or disembarkation, spending money, excursions, travel insurance or any other holiday costs, personal expenditures, and expenses, wifi package, spa treatments, shore excursions, luggage fees, personal expenses, or purchases made on board.

All prizes are subject to availability and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Second Prize and Third Prize will be shipped to the respective winners within thirty (30) days of the award of the prizes. There is no cash or other alternative in whole or in part for any prize. Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute an alternative of similar value for any prize and has the right to refuse to award, deliver or make available or to require the return of any prize in the event the winner is not eligible for the prize or has breached these terms and conditions or it has reason to believe fraud or dishonesty has occurred.
By accepting a prize, the winners agree to any reasonable publicity in relation to the prize including publication of winner’s name and travel agency. Winners may also be asked to agree to other publicity, including photography and social media coverage. The name and country of residence of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
